- Corresponding with governing authorities during the processing of the visa application as required.
- Preparing for any required participation in an interview with a representative of the Australian government, by providing commonly asked question guides.
- Offering a simulated practice interview with an Immigration Attorney or Registered Migration Agent.
- Ensuring that the client is kept informed about the status of the visa application and that it is being processed as quickly as possible.
- Acting to quickly resolve any issues that may arise in the processing of the visa application.
- Communication and Support
- Providing open lines of communication and granting approved direct email access to an Immigration Attorney or Registered Migration Agent.
- Offering the ability to communicate with your Immigration Attorney or Registered Migration Agent via email or telephone at any time during our representation.
- Encouraging our clients to communicate with us at any time.
- Providing dedicated attention and representation during the entire visa application process.
After passing our Free Online Visa Assessment and retaining our services, we begin our full representation, which will continue throughout the entire visa process, allowing our clients the freedom to focus on the excitement of immigrating.
Our Professional Fee:
$977.00 USD
No hourly billing. Australian Visas Now has a flat fee pricing structure and online invoicing. Installment payment plans are available for this visa package. All major credit cards, Paypal, and bank transfers are accepted. Checks drawn on US bank accounts are accepted.
Australian Government Fees:
Partner Visa (including Spouse Visa, De Facto Partner Visa, Same Sex Visa, Prospective Spouse / Fiancé Visa)
- $1,705.00 AUD, if the applicant is outside Australia at the time of application. Fees may vary, if the application is lodged while the applicant is in Australia.
Other Expenses:
Applicants will be required to complete a medical exam and to produce police clearances. Applicants may also need to have certain personal documents translated into English or certified.
- Medical Exam: $190.00 USD (approximately), per person. This fee is payable to the doctor conducting the examination.
- Police/Penal Clearances: These fees vary, but most government authorities charge approximately $25.00 – $50.00 USD, per person.
- Translation of Documents: These fees vary, but most certified translators charge approximately $25.00 – $45.00 USD per page that is translated. These fees are payable to the person responsible for translating the documents.
- Certification of Documents: These fees vary from country to country. These fees are payable to the person responsible for certifying the documents. As attorneys, solicitors, notaries, and Registered Migration Agents, we can usually certify a client’s personal documents at no additional charge, as an added value client service.
