Responsible for directing the firm’s US and foreign visa practice, with extensive experience in the practice of immigration law abroad.  Over Fifteen years as an attorney/legal practitioner based in Atlanta and Perth representing holiday makers, individuals, families, and corporations including small and medium size enterprises, start-up companies, and individuals throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific region, and around the world.

Georgia State Bar since 1994 (Georgia Bar No. 211805).  Admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court in Western Australia (Roll Number 8721, Australian Registered Foreign Lawyer, eligible to represent clients in immigration matters throughout the US and Australia.  *Australian Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0747437).

Neil Bruce is our Immigration Consultant on the ground in Kuala Lumpur providing Australian Immigration Advice to clients in Malaysia, Singapore, and across Asia.

Neil is an accredited instructor with various licensed training and development procedures such as TEFL and Apollo Profiling. He has an extensive background in Human Resources and relocation and he maintains a strong network of professional contacts within the Malaysian Recruitment sector. Neil has travelled extensively all over the world, consulting with prospective migrants and employees in many countries. After migrating to Kuala Lumpur in 2002, Neil recognized the specific need for a more pragmatic approach to the migration of people from Asia to Australia. His experiences in South East Asia uncovered and developed his passion for advising clients on immigration opportunities in Australia.

Neil now uses his very specialized background to provide clients with accurate and realistic Australian immigration advice. Neil especially understands the unique needs of clients from Malaysia and Singapore and he always provides the highest standards of client service. Since Neil is located in Kuala Lumpur, he is available to meet with clients, face to face, as needed, and also provides personalized on-going assistance.

Neil loves the Australian way of life and has visited Australia on several occasions and has travelled the country extensively. He even plans on ultimately retiring to Australia. Neil is able to provide advice on employment, lifestyles, schools, businesses, retirement, family reunification, and much more.
