How long does it take to process a Prospective Spouse Visa?
Visa applicants should usually expect the average application processing time of approximately 4 months. The Prospective Spouse Visa may be processed in several weeks, particularly if your wedding date is close.
The processing time varies greatly from case to case depending on personal circumstances, your country of citizenship, and the quality of your supporting documentation. We would consider 3 to 9 months to be a realistic estimate for applicants.
